Hula hoop

Our hula hooping classes run all year on a Sunday from 6pm to 7.30pm and you can purchase a single class as a taster gift, or you can purchase a block of 5 classes which includes a hula hoop to keep! Hooping is a great way to have fun and is an excellent work out for your abs! You can also impress your friends with your new skills.

Family or group circus experience

In this class you will learn to master the basics in aerial hoop, trapeze, silks! When the gym is too boring, we are here to make working out fun! Group circus experience time to be agreed by mutual arrangement on a Saturday/Sunday in 2020.

Lesson time 90 minutes. Price: £120

Private lessons

Private lessons are perfect for regular aerialists to work on an existing or new skill that you would like to master! You can book in as an individual, or with a friend to share the time (or try double skills). Skills available for private lessons include: silks, rope, trapeze, hoop, cloud, spanish web, strops, handstands, acrobalance (must have 2 people booked in for acrobalance).

Private lessons are also great for people who are keen to try aerial arts, but want to do so before booking a block of lessons. All abilities welcome. Private lesson time to be agreed by mutual arrangement in 2020. Lesson time 60 minutes.
