Hula hoop returns!

Hula hooping at Adventure Circus is coming back in May (woohoo) and we are looking for our classes to support people who are perimenopausal/menopausal/post menopausal.

Hooping is a lot of fun, and can help improve your balance, build core (tummy) muscle strength, enhance bladder health and help with stress management.

We are starting back Monday 15 May with classes at Adventure Circus from 10.30-11.30am. We are also looking at an option for an weekday evening class too. 

Classes will be pay what you can because we are supported by the Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund. Options will be £0 / £2.50 / £5
