Frequently Asked Questions

Drop off / pick ups: We will keep a daily register and we will ask who will be collecting your child each day so please come up to the circus space door to tell us. If this person will change at all, please let us know during the day.

When to arrive: Drop off is from 9.50am and pick up is at 4pm. NOTE - we can’t take children before 9.50am because we have to set up the circus space and can’t safely mind over them when we do this.

What to wear: Please have armpits, backs, and backs of knees covered. T-shirts should be able to be tucked in. This will ensure maximum comfort on our equipment. Please do not wear anything with metal zips or buttons, as this will damage our equipment.

Hair must be tied back, and watches / jewellery removed.

What to bring: Lunch for a full day of activity, water/juice bottle that can be refilled. Additional healthy snacks

We appreciate additional food items being brought in tupperware rather than packaging to reduce waste in the gym.

Very important - as one of our instructors has a very severe nut allergy, our training space is a nut free zone.

Sunscreen / hat (if it is warm, as we can sometimes eat lunch or train a little bit outside if it is nice)
