Come have fun Learning aerial Rope and Silks whilst developing your strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination!
Silks are two pieces of fabric attached at one point to the roof! Rope is a soft covered rope attached to the roof! In this intro course you will learn how to climb the equipment as well as learn some skills that can be done from the floor or in the air!
